A Navy veteran that was raised in California but addicted to Ruby Mountain powder Jason originally came out to Nevada as a guest on a heli-ski trip to explore the range. Early on the realization that this was the best kept secret to ski on earth spurred a change from chasing California mountain ranges to the remote Ruby and Independence areas.
